We tackle everything from Lead-to-Lender™. We originally started designing website platforms back in 1999 because we found a way to create a certain visually-induced reaction in a prospect’s brain that makes them want to submit a sales lead. Today our average website conversion rate is around 30-36 percent of visitors that end up submitting sales leads. The rest of the industry still hovers around 2.3 percent by comparison. Yes, that means we can re-build any dealers website in the nation no matter how remarkable it is and it will be like a fire hose of leads blasting the dealership. Not because of what is on the site but because of how it makes the over-stressed car buyer subconsciously feel once they logon. The conversion we are able to produce on the web gives the dealer the opportunity to maximize the rest of the sales process.

The next step was internet sales and BDC systems. In a world where today’s BDC training and systems consist of “Debbie the Time Life Operator Syndrome”, we decided to create the Mastery Council BDC and Internet sales system. The result has been so effective that we can walk into any dealership and document an over 90 percent internet lead to contact rate, a 96 percent appointment set rate and an 80+ percent show rate. Yes, you heard that correctly and no, it’s not fiction. That’s 69+ percent of all leads in the door.Today we deliver this side of our business through the Mastery Council LLC.
Hyperdrive Media LLC
Next order of business was marketing. It doesn’t matter how well your website converts if you don’t know how to market it. By the time I would get done going through advertising invoices and of course solving the traffic problem, the dealer in question would have already lost thousands in gross. So the next step was to start a proprietary media company that would exclusively serve our dealer base and thus Hyperdrive Media LLC was born in 2006. It was a smart move that is resulting in some serious Ninja-Jedi advertising methodologies, which is making our dealers a grip of cash.
Mastering The Art of Special Finance
In the end it doesn’t matter how many leads you have, how well you dominate the market, how many bodies you drag in the door or how many want to buy.If your special finance penetration is suffering and you can’t get enough people in cars you’re missing a ton of opportunity. So we stumbled across what we believed was the best working special finance guy in the country at a dealer 20 meeting in Denver and made him an offer on behalf of our dealer group. Today this new division of the Mastery Council is dedicated to special finance excellence and more importantly deal monitoring. This has led to incredible special lender arrangements exclusively for our dealer group, in an effort to help shield them from the typical lender ups-and-downs that are common to the industry.The result is becoming a landslide of success.
